Timberline Investment Partners is a small, family-owned and operated company on Colorado’s Front Range. We care about how it feels to live in our homes — and we try to make renting from us simple. Here’s how it works:

1. Find a home. Browse our Available Rentals. Homes marked Coming Soon will be opening up shortly.
2. Inquire or schedule a tour. Reach out to Katy at katy@timberlineinvestmentpartners.com or 303-960-5518 with the address you’re interested in.
3. Apply. Each home on our Available Rentals page has an Apply button. Applications are handled through Zillow, so the button switches on once that home is listed there — until then it shows “Apply (coming soon)”. Want to get started sooner? Email or call Katy and she’ll help.
4. Screening. We review every application fairly and consistently — typically identity, rental history, income, and background. If we need anything else, we’ll let you know.
5. Sign your lease. Once you’re approved, we go over the lease together and answer any questions.
6. Move in. We walk through the home with you and hand over the keys. Welcome home.
